Nettleton Seven is the pinnacle of a grand, opulent villa with all the amenities necessary for a beautiful holiday in Cape Town. There is also an en-suite bedroom on this floor.

Level four contains four bedrooms (en-suite), each equipped with a king-size bed, spacious bath and of course a breath-taking sea and mountain views. The master bedroom has an outdoor bath that overlooks Clifton Beach. A pyjama lounge is also located on this floor, ideal for late-night movies or catching up after a long day of exploring.

Level five is the main living and dining area and consists of a modern kitchen and plenty of dining options inside and on the terrace. The terrace also houses a pizza oven and a grill for a beautiful South African style braai. Pool lighting will make for a unique ambience, perfect for dinner outside with friends and family. Outside, there is also comfortable seating, a swimming pool, a garden and a Boma.

Finally, on the top floor, you will find a study and a studio suitable for anyone who may need to check into work or wants to do some quiet reading while on holiday. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property, and free private parking is available on site. An elevator connects all six levels of the Nettleton Villa.

The beach is only a 5-minute drive, as is the Camps Bay strip, has numerous high-end bars and restaurants to visit. Clifton is an excellent choice for travellers interested in fine dining, nature and wine.
