House Kaya is a stylish home in the quiet and wind-free neighborhood of Bantry Bay and close to the world famous Sea Point promenade. It is a 3 minute walk to Saunder’s Rocks, Queen’s Beach and Regent Rd, which is full of amazing bars and restaurants. This is a three-bedroom house with an exceptionally spacious entertainment area, open plan loft, front patio with a pool, back yard with a water feature and a small garden in front of the house.
The front door terrace (which is above the garages) has an outside dinning table, pool and two pool loungers. Walk straight into the open plan, double volume living space, where you will find the kitchen with a 6-seater dining table and a spacious and comfy sofa next to the fireplace. Stairs lead to the loft, which features a TV lounge and study. Passing the living area you will enter the back yard with a 4-seater dining table and water feature.
Bedroom one and two are on the same level as the living room and have a direct access to the backyard . The third bedroom is located on a level below, which has a separate entrance and a small garden. Downstairs bedroom also has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and a kettle. The interior design and refurbishing of the house were finished this year, so all the furniture is brand new.
