It is a five-to-ten minute walk to Camps Bay beach, where one can indulge in the great restaurants and bars or unwind on the famous beach beneath the palm trees.

This luxury camps bay holiday home has a bespoke interior design, features an open plan living space with solid wood floors and a modern kitchen that opens onto a terrace. The property features a large garden with a heated swimming pool and an elevated deck with outdoor dining – an ideal spot to spend long afternoons, starting with a BBQ and finishing with dinner. There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring a 5-plate gas cooker, two ovens, microwave and Nespresso Coffee machine. A large scullery with a double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble drier caters to all needs.

All five double bedrooms are air-conditioned with sea-facing balconies. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with sweeping views of Camps Bay and Lion’s Head, a large outside terrace, a separate lounge area with plasma TV, a large bathroom with a double sink, double shower, roll-top bath and walk-in dressing room.

There are many great places to visit with easy access to this great property. Guests are close to the Kloof Nek pass up by Table Mountain and a quick drive down past the CDB on the way to the V&A Waterfront with its shops, galleries and restaurants. For breakfasts, we highly recommend visiting the Camps Bay Retreat Hotel. This hotel is a great way to start your day with a substantial breakfast in beautiful surroundings. You can also book for lunches and dinner, and it’s undoubtedly worth treating yourself to a relaxing spa day here too.

Finally, on the top floor, you will find a study and a studio suitable for anyone who may need to check into work or wants to do some quiet reading while on holiday. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property, and free private parking is available on site. An elevator connects all six levels of the Nettleton Villa.

The beach is only a 5-minute drive, as is the Camps Bay strip, has numerous high-end bars and restaurants to visit. Clifton is an excellent choice for travellers interested in fine dining, nature and wine.
